Ouch.......

OK so me and my friend were at my house and were bored. so we went outside and found some old sleds. so we started racing and he spun me out which I flipped over and strained my neck so I kicked him in the face which made him spin out and run me over :( Then I got the brilliant idea to ride the sled down a flight of stairs. well I hurt my arm pretty bad. It's like a permanent charlie horse (more like a charlie stampede)
